will you custom order it? Yes, we would be happy to custom order
any crystal color, as long as Swarovski makes it.
How long does it take to receive
my crystal Embellished order? Standard delivery is 8 - 10 weeks. It can take
longer during busier times of the year.
Do you offer discounts? Our
pricing is determined by your delivery date. The more time you give us to create
your work of art, the more inexpensive your crystal embellished item costs!
What size Swarovski Crystals do
you use? We use an assortment Sizes on each Embellished item. This insures
that you will not have any un-embellished spaces on your designs.
How long have you been in
business? We have been working in the floral and wedding industry for over 13
years. We have been creating crystal wedding bouquets and embellishing with
crystals for over 5 years.
Do you accept last minute orders?
Yes, we do. Please contact us for more information.
Can I cancel my order? I am
sorry, all orders are custom made. We do not offer refunds, all sales are final.
What if I receive the item and it
is the wrong color? When you order, we will provide you with an invoice with
all the specifics of your custom designs. You will then print it, sign it and
send it along with your payment. This insures that no mistakes will be made. If
for some odd reason, a mistake is made, we guarantee delivery of the correct
design within 1 week.
What payments do you accept?
Since all of our work is custom made, we require payment to be made in the form
of a personal check. If your order is less than 4 weeks away, we will require a
money order.
